It started with a coffee truck
Ramona is a Wallace native and has been an ER nurse for more than 20 years. She dreamed of owning a coffee shop, so she started with a coffee truck. Her husband Greg owns the shop with her.

Skinny Joe and Cave Man Joe
Skinny Joe is our keto drink, made with espresso, heavy cream and flavor. Cave Man Joe is our paleo one, with almond milk, honey, espresso and cinnamon. Lots of our flavors come sugar free too.
Heather's cupcakes
Heather is our baker, and she's an inspected, certified home baker with no formal baking classes or training. Her husband makes the cake pops. For a custom cake, order at least two weeks ahead.
